Fine amount Rs:500/- paid by accused before this Court today. Accused is present on bail and his bail bond stand cancelled and surety is discharged, while the case against proclaimed offender Farman Chandio be kept on dormant file till his arrest or he voluntarily appear before this Court. In compliance of section 371, Cr.P.C, a True Copy of instant order is supplied to convict accused Hameedo Kolhi free of cost, under proper receipt thereof. |
