S.C No. 215 of 2026 is fixed in today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC system is taken up. Adult accused (1) Ghulam Murtaza and (2) Ghulam Mustafa are present on bail while case of juvenile accused Arslan has been bifurcated from the case of present adult accused. The case of absconder accused Abdul Waheed has also been bifurcated and his proceedings have been separated from the adult and juvenile accused. In bifurcated case of accused Abdul Waheed, accused Abdul Waheed has appeared along with copy of interim pre-arrest bail bearing Cr.B.A S-945 of 2026 dated 22.09.2026 granted to him by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur, accused has already put his appearance in bifurcated case; hence his bifurcated case is ordered to be amalgamated with the instant main case.
