Case is called. Accused Mumtaz and Khawand Bux @ Bhatti are present on bail. Co-accused Saeed Khan Gadehi has already been acquitted by this Court on merits u/s 265-H(i) Cr.P.C, vide judgment dated 02.02.2026 (at Ext.21). While accused Ghalib is absconder and already declared as P.O. Mr.Riaz Ahmed Channa, Learned ADPP for the State is present. Mr.Deedar Ali Bangwar, learned advocate for accused is present. Mr.Khamiso Khan Dahani, learned advocate for complainant also present. Complainant Guhram, PW Sanwan, Legal heirs of the deceased namely Farid Khan (the father of deceased) and Mst.Raheeman Khatoon (the widow of deceased) are also present. Case property is produced. A formal charge against the present accused framed at Ext.23, their pleas were also recorded at Ext.23/A & 23/B respectively, to which both the accused pleaded not guilty and claimed for trial.
