Summary suit called. The plaintiff Pooran Lal, his witness Zakir and learned counsel Mr Shahnawaz Waseer are present. The defendant is present. His advocate is absent. The plaintiff has submitted adjournment application with affidavit. Order passed on it. Heard. File perused. Plaintiff in open court in presence of his own counsel on this court's quarry replied that "This court never, never uttered words suggesting pressure, harassment or insult to me but I do not want to proceed my suit in this court". All allegations contained in application being false and contemptuous are denied and plaintiff's having been hunted by the learned counsel Mr. Waseer, President DBA filed instant baseless application. This Court lacks jurisdiction to transfer suit in hand, which is pending for plaintiff's evidence since 03.09.2025 and file is full of adjournment applications. This is also not a fit case for submitting reference because this court by law is bound and vigilant to proceed and decide it expeditiously on merit without face value and if plaintiff and his counsel due to personal grudge or disliking do not want to proceed it in this court, they may seek transfer of mine or suit to another court subject to law. The learned counsel himself wrote this application in open court. Application being false and tainted with malafide is filed. Suit adjourned. To come up on 18.05.2026 for P.E. |
