On last date SDPO Ghotki Anwar Ali Shaikh appeared and sought time which this court granted as last chance with caution that case of failure legal action vide be ordered against him, but he neither complied a legal direction nor appeared to day but sent his subordinate Inspector Ali Hassan Sawand and HC-145 Yar Muhammad Abro, which shows his in efficiency and conduct towards this court. Prior to this SHO/Inspector Abdul Waheed Bhutto also failed to recover suckling Baby Zainab despite court direction and getting time again and again. Under attending circumstances. Let RPO/AIG Sukkur. And IGP Sindh Karachi be required to get suckling Baby Zainab recovered from her father Arbab Ali Panhyar, who in collusion with SHO and DSP concerned as illegal concealed her somewhere. Inspector Abdul Waheed Bhutto, SHO PS A-Section Ghotki appeared and submitted that he raided the house of respondent No.01 but he could not find respondent or suckling baby Zainab, aged about 5/6 months. Report so filed is taken on record and copy thereof supplied to the learned Counsel, who prayed for direction to SSP Ghotki to redress applicant???s grievances in accordance with law. It is worth observing that this court in number of cases painfully observed that present SHO, P.S A-Section Ghotki is not serious and sincere in compliance of direction/orders passed by this court rather he exposes police power by causing hindrances in smooth work which amounts to professional misconduct on his part and few days back in another Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.1359 of 2026 Re: Asif Ali Kalwar Vs. SHO PS A-Section Ghotki and another this court passed an Order with certain direction to him and applicant also accompanied with his representative/police official, but on the next date applicant appeared in this court and filed a Contempt Application against him with complaint that he kept him waiting at Police Station till late hours and finally refused for reason that proposed accused according to applicant were bureaucrates, so this court called him in person and such direction was also communicated to him through Incharge Process Cell, Sessions Court Ghotki, but despite that he even did not bother to appear in this court despite several calls till court hours compelling this court to dispose of that Contempt Application with conclusion to send a complaint to CPO Karachi for legal action against him. As such, SSP Ghotki is once again directed to take sincere legal efforts for recovery and production of suckling baby Zainab, aged about 5/6 months before this court on 23.7.2026 in accordance with law. |
