Accused Shafi Muhammad, Naseer,Wazir,Shabir,Nadeem, Rahzan and Imran are present and they are separately filed applications along with affidavits for joining the trial and they are also submitted interim pre-arrest bail Letters Nos.564/2026 dated: 09.09.2026 and 667/2026 dated.10.09.2026 granted by Honourable I-Additional Sessions Judge M.Mathelo. Order there on. Accused are allowed to join trial with direction to produced CTC of confirmation bail order. While other all (5) accused are absconders shown in the challan sheet.
