This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Mir Muhammad Bhagat advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ghulam Mustafa son of Dur Muhammad Tunio, 02-Ghulam Murtaza son of Ghulam Mustafa Tunio in Crime No.17/2026 of PS Nasirabad PP Derra for offence U/S 506/2,504,114,147,148,149,447,511 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 28.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused Ghulam Murtaza Tunio has furnished his required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. While applicant/accused Ghulam Mustafa Tunio has not furnished the required suety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. |
