Succession Petition called. Petitioner, Ghulam Mustafa, is present along with his counsel, Abdul Fahim Thaheem. DDA for the official respondents is also present. Respondents are called absent. Report has been received from the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Kashmore, but reports have not been received from Official Respondents Nos. 13 to 15. Today, work is suspended by the DBA Kashmore at Kandhkot, and the Presiding Officer is also on casual leave. Therefore, the matter is scheduled for 06-07-2026 for service. Petitioner is directed to attend. Repeat letter shall be sent to Respondents Nos. 13 to 15 for their reports. |
