Consequent upon failure of pretrial, marriage between the plaintiff and defendant stands dissolved by way of Khula u/s 10 (4) of WPFC Act 1964. Defendant's counsel has submitted an application as Ex 16 whereby requesting for appointing Bailiff of this Court as Commissioner for receiving available articles from the House of defendant and handover the same to plaintiff. Order passed thereon. Application is allowed. Bailiff of this Court is appointed as Commissioner for taking over the articles from the house of defendant and handover the same to plaintiff under proper list and receipt.
