The notice of defendant No. 1 has been received by his servant on his behalf. Notice has also been served upon defendant No. 9. However, notices of defendants No. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 could not be served due to incomplete addresses. The SHO, P.S. Malir Cantt., has submitted his report, which is placed on record. None has appeared on behalf of the defendants.
