Upon the case being called, the accused, Manzoor Ali Chandio, was found absent once again, while the Assistant District Public Prosecutor (ADPP) for the State and the Defense Counsel (D.C) were present in court. Consequently, the case has been adjourned to June 3, 2026, for a formal hearing pending the appearance of the accused. To secure his attendance, the court ordered the issuance of Non-Bailable Warrants (NBW) against the accused, with a specific direction to the process server that if the warrants cannot be served, the server must appear in court alongside the written statements of two independent witnesses to substantiate the report.
