ABA Called. Applicant/Accused & his counsel are present ADPP for the State is present. Today matter is fixed for hearing/Confirmation. Complainant & his counsel are present. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced in open court interim bail of accused/Applicant is confirmed subject to enhancement in the surety amount from Rs.100,000/- on which he is on interim pre-arrest bail by this Court???s order dated 19-05-2026, to Rs.34,00,000/- and PR bond in the like amount, with direction to him to furnish surety of the enhanced amount within a period of 10-day from the date of this order. Needless to observe that assessment of record made in this order is tentative in nature and the same shall not affect to the merits of case. The case laws 2019 PcrLJ 1759, 2023 YLR Note-33, 2023 YLR Note-5 relied on by the learned counsel for complainant have been perused, but the same have been found on distinguished facts and circumstances; therefore, I am in respectful disagreement with the case laws. ?????????????????? |
