Such judgment has been passed, placed on record at-----Exh:19 and announced in open court, whereby accused Ali Afsar and Ali Akhtar have been convicted in terms of under section 265/H(ii) Cr.P.C 1898 and sentenced as under:-------------------- 01- For offence U/S 302(b) PPC r/w 34 PPC to death as Tazir for commission of murder (Qatl-e-aamd) of deceased Muhammad Idrees and ordered to be hanged by their neck till they are dead subject to confirmation by Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana and accused are also ordered to pay Rs:5,00,000/- (five Lac rupees only) each as compensation amount for payment to the legal heirs of deceased in terms of section 544-A Cr.P.C. In case of non-payment of aforesaid compensation amount they shall suffer S.I for six months further more. 02- For offence U/S 324- PPC they have been sentenced to R.I for five years as Tazir and fine of RS: 50,000/- each In case of non-payment of fine amount they shall suffer S.I for one year more. 03- For offence U/S 337-(A-i) PPC for (Shajjah-i-Khafifah) with daman of Rs: 50,000/- each for payment to injured P.W Zulfiquar Ali 04- For offence U/S 337-F-(i) PPC: (Jurh Ghyr-jaifah Damiyah) with Daman of Rs: 50,000/- each for payment to injured P.W injured Zulfiquar Ali . 05- For offence U/S 337-F-(iii) PPC: (Jurh Ghyr-jaifah Mutalahimah) with Daman of Rs: 50,000/- each for payment to injured P.W Zulfiquar Ali Let such conviction warrant along with conviction slip and Hulia form be sent to Superintendent of concerned J.A as per law. As per terms of section 371 Cr.P.C compared copy of judgment supplied to convicts vide receipt obtained and placed on record at--------------------------Exh.20.
