Barkat, 3. Mushtaque Ahmed alias Mustafa, 4. Shoukat Ali @ Shoukat, 5. Ghulam Mustafa are present on interim pre-arrest bail granted to them vide order dated 14.09.2026 by this Court. The counsel for applicants/accused, complainant and ADPP are present. The complainant is also present. The counsel for applicants/accused advanced arguments and one of his arguments was that an application for initiating departmental enquiry against the police and the persons of complainant party is pending before DIGP Sukkur, which is fixed on 21.09.2026. The counsel for complainant on that count submitted similar position and consented for fixation of the matter on 22.09.2026.
