Cr.B.A No. 2063 of 2026 of applicant/accused fixed at Sr. No.6 of today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC system is taken up in open Court. Applicant/accused Ghulam Shabeer alias Shabeer is present on interim pre-arrest bail vide order dated 10.09.2026 granted to him by the learned Sessions Judge Ghotki. The counsel for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State are present. It is mainly contended by the counsel for applicant/accused that applicant/accused has allegedly been assigned the role of instigation; FIR has been lodged with inordinate delay of two days and enmity has been admitted by complainant in his FIR. The ADPP recorded his objection that applicant/accused has allegedly been attributed the role of instigation but at the same time he pointed out that injuries of injured Sajjad allegedly attributed against co-accused Manthar falls under section 337-A(i) PPC, same is bailable and in addition to this all offences applied in FIR are also bailable. The complainant also appeared and he filed application supported by his biometric affidavit, which is filed. Heard. The record has been perused. Interim pre-arrest bail earlier extended to applicant/accused is confirmed on enhanced surety amount of Rs.50,000/- instead of Rs.30,000/- previously granted to him and same be furnished immediately. Accordingly, instant pre-arrest bail application under section 498 Cr.PC stands allowed.
