It is pertinent to note that the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas, vide order dated 03.03.2026 passed in C.P. No. S-253 of 2025, remanded the matter to this Court with directions to conclude the trial within 90 days from the date of receipt of the order, without granting unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. However, the stipulated period has expired without conclusion of the trial. Accordingly, a letter for seeking an extension of time has been sent to the Honourable High Court through the Assistant Registrar. Order passed on order sheet. In view of the above, although the bailiff's report indicates that the notices were received on behalf of the concerned legal heirs of defendant No.1 and defendants Nos.8(c) and 8(d), in order to avoid any ambiguity regarding proper service and to afford them a further opportunity of appearance, let repeat notices be issued to the legal heirs of defendant No.1 and defendants Nos.8(c) and 8(d), through bailiff of this Court, by way of pasting at their respective addresses.
