Cr.B.A No. 2057 of 2026 of applicant/accused fixed at Sr. No.2 of today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC system is taken up in open Court. Applicant/accused is confined at DP & CF Ghotki. The counsel for applicant/accused and ADPP are present. Mr. Pardeep Kumar (Premy) Chouhan appeared and submitted that today complainant is not present; hence he undertaken to file vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant on the next date. Pertinent to mention here that as per certificate appended with the instant post arrest bail application, it is 2nd like nature application filed on behalf of applicant/accused. Initially, the counsel for applicant/accused advanced his arguments on a query raised by this Court by submitting that prior to this post arrest bail application of application was dismissed by this Court on merits and now it has been repeated on submission of final challan and co-accused having attributed identical role had already been admitted to post arrest bail. With regard to another query, the counsel for applicant/accused submitted that co-accused who had been admitted on post arrest bail, it was their first post arrest bail application. The counsel for the parties were required to come prepared on next date of hearing and to advance their arguments on the instant 2nd post arrest bail application. By consent, matter is adjourned to 17.09.2026 for arguments. |
