Criminal Misc. Application called. Applicantis present alongwith jhis counsel. The learned DPP for the state and so also proposed accused No.1 Inspector Abdul Ghafoor Chutto, SHO Police Stlation Baldeh are in attendance and SHO submitted his report. I/C District complaint & Redressal Cell, larkana SSP Officer Larkana submitted his report. The learned counsel for applicant argued that the applicant inspite of being enlarged on bail in crime No.74/2026, Police Station Badeh, yet the police of police Station Badeh comprising of proposed accused No.1 arrested the applicant in that case without any legal justificatino and such arguments of learned counsel for applicant was controverted and denied by the SHO Police Station Badeh/proposed accused No.1 that he did not arrest the applicant in crime No.74/2026. Nevertheless, in order to ascertain the actual fact, S.S.P Larkana is directed to conduct enquiry into the matter through a police officer not below the rank of DSP and such such compliance report within one week time. Put off to 30.10.2026, for hearing/report. |
