Criminal Misc application called. Applicant is present. Application is fixed for report. The reports were called from concerned SHO, so also Incharge District Public Complaint Redressal Cell, Tharparkar @ Mithi. The report from SHO P.S Nangarparkar is not received nor any intimation or application is received in this regard so far, hence he may be issued show cause notice while the report from Incharge District Public Complaint Redressal Cell, Tharparkar @ Mithi is received and perused. Heard applicant in person, ADPP for the State and perused the record. Since as per contents of application, there prevails apprehension of breach of peace between the parties. However, it is duty of the State to provide protection to every citizen, his family & property, in the circumstances, the SHO concerned is directed to keep peace & tranquility in the locality by restraining both the parties from any illegal act or illegally harassing each other and provide protection as per law to both the parties as and when required and either of the patty approaches to SHO/P.S.
