This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Akhtiar Ali Mugheri advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Aziz son of Ghulam Nabi by caste Mugheri in Crime No.41/2026 of PS Kamber City offence U/S 458,435,427,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 27.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise.
