Post arrest bail application called. Today the bail application of applicant/accused Rashid Ahmed by caste Magsi is fixed for arguments. Learned ADPP for the state and learned DC are present. Police papers received from concerned P.S by the ADPP Office. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court, such order passed on separate sheet, taken on record, whereby the instant post arrest Bail application of applicant/accused Rashid Ahmed s/o Barkat Ali by caste Magsi is hereby granted subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30000/- (Thirty thousand rupees each accused persons) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. One Muhammad Ali s/o Barkat Ali by caste Magsi appeared and submitted affidavit alongwith three original Special saving Certificates of Rs.30000/- bearing No.GJ-835207, GJ-835208 and GJ-835209 he wants to stand surety for applicant/accused Rashid Ahmed by caste Magsi. Order passed on affidavit of sureties. On S.A before me. Surety in the sum of Rs.30000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) is accepted provisionally, subject to verification. Issue such release writ for applicants/accused Rashid Ahmed by caste Magsi and letter to concerned authority for verification and mortgage the surety document.
