The applicants/accused (1) Wazeer Ahmed and (2) Ghulam Shabeer both sons of Muhammad Bachal Chachar appeared along with their counsel. Arguments heard. Record perused. Without touching the merits and de-merits of the case, ad-interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicants/accused in the sum of Rs:20,000/ (twenty thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
