Therefore, respondent No.2, SHO P.S Sultan Kot, is directed to record the statement of applicant as per his verbatim and to incorporate the same in 154 Cr.PC, if a cognizable offence is made out from his statement. He is further directed that in case of registration of the FIR the proposed accused shall not be arrested until and unless tangible evidence against them may come on record. During investigation, if it is found that the applicant has registered false case then action U/S 182 PPC be taken against him. Let the copy of order be sent to the concerned Police for information and compliance under intimation to this Court within three days. In above terms, the application in hand stands disposed of.
