Mr. Altaf Hussain Shah advocate appeared and filed an application u/s 265-K Cr.PC on behalf of accused Aachar. Order. Notice to DDPP for the state, notice waived by DDPP and same application brought on record at Ex.18. Arguments heard from both sides. Order passed and announced in open Court at Ex.19 that application is allowed and accused Aachar s/o Mehar Ali by caste Malik is acquitted u/s 265-K Cr.PC. The accused is present on bail, therefore, his bail bonds stand cancelled and surety is discharged. |
