Crl.Misc.Appli.called. Applicant is called absent. Record shows that today neither complainant nor applicant are present. Same was position on 10.1.2026,30.12.2025,16.12.2025,11.12.2025,29.11.2025,26.11.2025. ADPP and PDSP are present. Advocates for accused and legal heirs are present. Perused the material. order passed and announced in open court. I am of the humble view that as legal heirs of deceased and PDSP has stated that there is no need for exhumation, as deceased has died naturally, hence instead of dismissing the application in Non-prosecution as SHO PS Belo Mirpur and complainant are not interesting in pursuing instant application and were called absent without intimation since many dates so also today, the same is dismissed on merit for the reasons discussed above.
