Crl.Appea u/s 408, Cr.P.C a/with bail application u/s 426, Cr.P.C called. Appellant/convict namely Ismail @ Muhammad Ismail is confined in jail at District Prison Shikarpur and not produced. Mr.Riaz Ahmed Channa, learned ADPP for the State is present. M/s.Aftab Ahmed Channa & Imtiaz Ali Ogahi, learned advocates for appellant/convict are present. Arguments heard on application u/s 426, Cr.P.C for suspension of operation of the impugned sentence and grant of post-conviction bail from both the sides. Order also passed thereon, signed and announced in open Court. For the reasons to be recorded, the instant application is allowed. The operation of the impugned sentence passed against the appellant/accused via judgment dated 9.6.2026 is hereby suspended during the pendency of this appeal. Let the appellant/accused Ismail @ Muhammad Ismail be released on bail, subject of furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The main appeal is ordered to be fixed for regular arguments in due course. One Aijaz Ahmed s/o Abdul Rahman Ogahi voluntarily appeared before this Court and submitted his affidavit to stand surety for appellant/accused named above in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) & P.R bond in the like amount. To prove his solvency the surety produced original saving certificates of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) issued by National Saving Centre Kandhkot and P.S copy of his CNIC. Order passed on affidavit. ???Call for verification from concerned authority. Verification report of surety documents received by this Court from concerned authorities, vide Nol1203/2026 dated 15.6.2026. Order on it. Filed. Order also passed on the affidavit of surety.
