NBWs issued against absent accused Allah Dita and notice u/s 514, Cr.P.C to his surety namely Jalaluddin through DSP Kandhkot, but return by SIP Sain Bux Bahalkani as per his endorsement that they are absconders in Crime No.185/2025 u/s 395 PPC of PS Kashmore, therefore, they have shifted away to some unknown and their whereabouts is not known to anyone. In this respect, statement of SIP Sain Bux recorded at Ext.4. He produce un-executed process, PS copy of above said FIR of PS Kashmore, statements of two nek mards, copy of relevant DD entry and h is sharah at Ext.4/A to 4/G respectively. Heard. Order also passed in separate sheet, signed and announced in open Court. For the reasons to be recorded, the surety bond furnished by surety Jalaluddin s/o Hassan Khan Chachar stands forfeited, and 100% penalty of the bond amount is imposed upon him. Since, the defense saving certificaters furnished by the surety are available with the Court, the office is hereby directed to encash the relevant DSCs and deposit the recovered amount under the appropriate Government head, forthwith, strictly in accordance with law. Direct Complaint is adjourned to:06.02.2026, for evidence/further proceedings. Present accused Nazir Ahmed is directed to attend on the date of hearing.
