The office is directed to issue the bailable warrants forthwith through the SHO concerned, who shall ensure their prompt execution and submit a compliance report before the next date of hearing without fail. Arguments in this regard heard from respective sides and thereafter it was settled and assured by the J.D that he will pay the decreetal amount till next date in shape of Rs.05 lacs in cash and will issue cheque with respect to the remaining decreetal amount to the Decree-holder.
