Crl Appeal called. Accused/appellants Khamiso and Karimdad were present in the morning on first call in subject appeal but later on on pronouncement of judgment both are called repeatedly but remained absent today. while accused/appellants Rano and Khan Muhammad are repeatedly called absent. Counsel for the accused/appellants also called absent. ADPP for state present along with complainant. The appeal to the extent of accused/appellants Rano and Khan Muhammad is re called and bail bond of accused and surety is forfeited and criminal appeal to the extent of absent appellant/convicts Rano and Khan Muhammad was already dismissed. It is necessary to mention here that sentences of appellants were suspended vide order dated: 12.8.2025 which becomes infructuous, after decison of main appeal. Issue warrants against convicted accused Khamiso, Karimdad, Rano and Khan Muhammad, through SSP Sanghar to arrest the convicted. and remand them in jail to serve out sentences awarded by the trial Court, The convicts appellants after arrest shall be kept in simple imprisonment after serving out sentences under Tazir awarded by the trial Court and shall not be released until payment of daman is made to victims, as mentioned in section 337-Y(2) PPC. Let copy of judgment be sent to trial Court for information. Issue letter to NADRA to block CNICs of convicted accused. |
