Order dated 27.05.2022 is perused, whereby the application was granted with a direction to the Decree Holder to file the amended title of the Execution Application. It is observed from the record that the learned Advocate for the Decree Holder had filed an application under Order XXII Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC on 16.04.2022, wherein the names of the legal heirs were furnished. However, despite the said order and the passage of time, the amended title of the Execution Application incorporating the names of the legal heirs has not yet been filed. Accordingly, the learned Advocate for the Decree Holder is directed to file the amended title of the Execution Application, duly incorporating the names of all the legal heirs, in compliance with the order dated 27.05.2022, before further proceedings in the matter.
