As per order, Mukhtiarkar Shujjabad has submitted report which is taken on record file. As per repor, the J.D Abdul Latif is holding his share to the extent of 0-25(1-00 Acres) in survey No. 19/3 to 6 and also holding his share to the extent of 0-33(2-12 Acres) in survey No.41. Upon verbal query from D.H side and perusal of record including sale agreement, plaint, Judge and decree it appears that D.H side entered into sale agreement with J.D No.01 Abdul Latif in survey No.41/ 1 to 4 total area 04 acres situated at Deh-385, Tapo Doulat Laghari, Taluka Shujjabad and suit of them plaintiff was decreed vide Judgment and decree Dated:09-12-2021 and 13-12-2021 whereas as per report of Mukhtiarkar concerned there is only area/ share of 02 acres and 12 ghuntas of J.D No.01Abdul Latif in surey No.41 instead of 04 acres area. The D.H side disclosed that he purchased 04 acres from survey No.41. As such, let the matter be fixed for hearing in general terms including the report of Mukhtiarkar as we as compliance. Put up to------------18-02-2026 for hearing in above terms and compliance. |
