The Stenographer shall visit at the suit property in order to obtain market value of the suit property from the local reputable Estate Agents on 10.02.2026 at 4.00 p.m. there is no need to issue notices to the parties and they are required to be present at site. In case of failure of the attendance of any party on the date and time so fixed, the Commissioner shall not wait for any party and obtained the market value from the reputable estate agent. The Commissioner fees is fixed at the rate of Rs.5000/- which shall be borne by the plaintiff/D.H. Put off to 11.02.2026 for compliance report. |
