The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Zaffar Ali Malgani advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Farzand son of Bux Ali by caste Magsi in Crime No.62/2025 of PS Bahram for offence U/S 506/2,504,114,148,149,337-U,337-Ai,Hii,Fi PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 28.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnished the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
