Case called. Accused namely Zahid Ali Panhwar, Najaf Ali, Shahnawaz Jatoi, Sajad Ali Juno and Altaf Juno are present on bail. While accused Aijaz Jatoi, Dr. Anas Jatoi, Bashir Jatoi, Janib Jatoi, Sagar @ Mulazim Raza and Hif are already declared P.Os. ADPP for the State is present. Heard. Order passed and announced in open Court. The proceedings initiated against the accused persons on bail for offences under Sections 123-A, 124-A & 153-A PPC are hereby declared to be without lawful authority, hence, the proceedings are kept in abeyance. The accused are discharged from the proceedings. However, the prosecution is at liberty to seek proper sanction within 02 months from the date of order in accordance with law, and thereafter proceed afresh, if so advised. Till then the accused shall remain on same bail and bonds. The case against the absconding accused named above be kept on dormant file till their arrest. |
