On perusal of endorsement of the summons, the conduct of official P.Ws seems to be disgraceful despite they were in knowledge and are not appearing before this Court. The salaries of official P.WS is ordered to be withheld in order to procure their attendance on next date of hearing. The BWs are simultaneous be issued against official P.Ws. Officer through reader is directed to ensure the compliance till next date of hearing.
