Accused are present on bail. They are directed to furnish solvent sureties equivalent to the Diyat amount payable in respect of minor legal heir as mentioned in Paragraph No.6, above. The Diyat amount which has been deposited and the amount which is to be deposited by the accused persons as per aforementioned schedule shall be invested in profitable scheme by purchasing defence saving certificates in the name of minor and same amount may be drawn by minor legal heir after attaining the age of majority, however, his Wali shall be entitled to draw the profit amount which shall be spent on the welfare of minor. Office is directed to send copy of this order to the Account District & Sessions Court Dadu for information and compliance. In the light of order U/S 345(6) Cr.P.C, the accused Nawaz Ali @ Karo and Nawaz both by caste Gadehi have submitted application to deposit Rs:100,000/- (One lac rupees) diyat amount of minors of deceased, Order passed thereon. The with Accountant, Honourable District & Sessions Court Dadu received the same amount and issued such letter vide No.10156 dated 31-08-2023. The both accused persons have also furnished required solvent surety in the sum of Rs:25,00000/- One Sarfraz Ali S/O Meer Nawaz Khan Khoonharo appeared and submitted application that he wants to stand surety on behalf of above named both the accused, as he is already surety of the accused in this case. Order passed thereon. The surety has been accepted in the sum of Rs:25,00,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount. Case against proclaimed offender Peeral S/o Buxian Gadehi shall remain on dormant file, till his arrest or appearance before the Court. However, proceedings against him shall be initiated in view of Nasrullah???s Case reported in PLD 2016 Sindh 238. Let perpetual NBW be issued against absconding accused Peeral S/O Buxian Gadehi through SSP Dadu for execution and submission of progress report.
