On 24-04-2020 Learned counsel of Decree Holder filed statement with the copy of news paper daily Awami Awaz Hyderabad dated 27.03.2020 in which Judgment Debtor was directed to appear before this court to contest the matter filed by Decree Holder but in spite of substitute service he remained called absent. Such order passed on order sheet the Judgment debtor is hereby debarred from filing of Objections and the matter is ordered to be proceeded exparte.
