Counsel for D.H pressed that application U/S 151 CPC whereby they have prayed for issuance of writ of possession may be allowed as Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan has dismissed Civil Petition No.1687-K of 2021 filed by J.Ds. Conversely, counsel for J.Ds submitted that, they have filed Review against judgment. However, he candidly conceded that no stay order has been granted in it. Since, the decree of this Court has attended finality and appeal thereof including the petition filed before Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan as submitted by the DH has been dismissed and khata has also been transferred with their name; therefore remaining part of the decree extent to the possession may be executed. However, counsel for J.Ds has prayed to submit objections. In the interest of justice, last and final opportunity is awarded to him to submit his objections if any along with stay order if passed in their favour.
