Application received from accused Irfan Ali, through Superintendent/Officer Incharge Juvenile & Women Prison & Correctional Facility Sukkue, vide No.JS/-5197/2025 to appoint his defense counsel at State expense, on the ground that he is not in a financial position to engage counsel privately. Order on it. Such application of accused kept on record at Ext.3. Heard accused, through online video link. Order also passed, signed and announced in open Court at Ext.4. For the reasons to be recorded, in compliance with this mandate, and in the interest of justice Mr.Saeed Ahmed Banwar, Advocate of DBA Kashmore @ Kandhkot, is accordingly appointed as defense counsel for the above named accused.
