Matter is called, Applicant side and ADPP for state are present and heard the arguments. Order passed in court. The SHO Concerned is directed maintain the peace within their jurisdiction and provide necessary protection to the applicant/petitioner without prejudicing his life & liberty, in accordance with law. However, it is clarified that this order shall not affect any enquiry, complaint, investigation, suit or trial in which if the applicant/ petitioner is party or would be a party that shall be decided on merit in accordance with law. However; parties are at liberty to avail remedies as per law. Application in hand disposed of accordingly.???????? |
