Special bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C called. Mr. Zaheeruddin Nohri learned advocate for both applicants /accused is present. Mr. Hemoon Kolhi learned ADPP for state is present alongwith police papers. Arguments heard from both side. Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open court whereby bail is granted to both the applicants/ accused subject to furnishing their solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
