Matter repeatedly called. None has appeared from the either side. No intimation received. File shows since last 6 date of hearings matter is pending for evidence of plaintiff side but the representative of SAFCO Mincrofinance company has failed to adduce the same. The conduct of plaintiff reflects that he has no interest towards the suit, even he has not bothered to deposit required court stamps despite of directions. Despite the matter being called multiple times since morning, none bothered to appear and inform the Court or to file an adjournment application. Record indicates that, since couple of months matter is being adjourned for want of appearance of plaintiff and adducing evidence. Apparently; it prima facie reflects from the conduct of representative of SAFCO Microfinance Company that, he has completed mere formalities and is no more interested to proceeded with the matter.
