For offence U/S; 302(b) PPC to death as Tazir for commission of murder of Akhtiar Ali alias Papoo s/o Arbab by caste Phulpoto, therefore he is ordered to be hanged by his neck till he is dead subject to confirmation by Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana and he is also ordered to pay 3,00,000/- (three lac rupees) as compensation amount for payment to the legal heirs of above named deceased in terms of section 544-A Cr.P.C. In case of non-payment of compensation amount he shall suffer S.I for six months more. 02. For offence U/S; 302(b) PPC to death as Tazir for commission of murder Abdul Ghani s/o Mazan Ali by caste Phulpoto therefore he is ordered to be hanged by his neck till he is dead subject to confirmation by Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana and he is also ordered to pay 3,00,000/- (three lac rupees) as compensation amount for payment to the legal heirs of above named deceased in terms of section 544-A Cr.P.C. However the benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C stands extended to the above named convict in respect of sentence other than death for the period which he has already remained in jail as UTP/accused as mentioned in the conviction slip. He is produced in custody and remanded back to same custody alongwith conviction slip and warrant in order to serve out the sentence awarded to him by this court.
