Today the complainant Muhammad Ali along with PW Shahzad Ali and accused Amjad Ali, Rashid Ali, Rustam Ali and Zohaib have filed joint application u/s 345ii & vi Cr.P.C wherein this court issued notice to ADPP who raised formal objection to issue permission and accepting compromise if parties have patched up. All the sections are compoundable. In view of above, this court has initially given permission and then by verifying that compromise is without fear, influence and threats etc, with all the accused persons, hence same is accepted, and as a result the accused Amjad Ali, Rashid Ali both sons of Muhammad Bux, Rustam Ali s/o Inayat Ali and Zohaib s/o Ali Bux, all B/C Tarar/Kurk, are hereby acquitted u/s 345(6) Cr.P.C, he is on bail hence his bail bonds stand cancelled, and surety is discharged.
