Needless to mention here that the trial Court may appoint commission for determination of market value of suit land of each defendant if needed. Upon payment of the compensation by the respective defendants, the plaintiffs shall execute registered sale deed in their favour. However in the event that any defendant fails to deposit the market value of the property as determined by the learned trial Court within three months , the plaintiffs shall be entitled to recover vacant possession of the portion of the suit land in possession of such defaulting defendants.
