The matter is fixed for order on Nazir?s report. However, the attorney of the plaintiff and the defendants, along with their respective counsels, appeared and stated that they have amicably settled the matter and intend to file an application to give effect to the compromise arrived at between the parties. It is stated that the defendants have shown their intent to purchase the share of the plaintiff in the suit property, and counsel for the plaintiff has suggested that the said share may be paid through the Nazir of this Court, whereafter she shall execute the relinquishment deed in favour of the defendants.
