Crl. B.A U/S 498 Cr.PC Called. Applicants/accused namely Shamsul Haq @ Raja Panhwar and Dost Muhammad are present on interim pre-arrest bail. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Mr. Niaz Hussain Shahani, learned advocate for applicants/accused is present. The learned counsel for applicants/accused put endorsement on the bail application whereby he do not press the same with permission to file a fresh. Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open Court. In view of such endorsement, bail application in hand stands dismissed as not pressed, the interim pre-arrest bail order dated 08.09.2026 is hereby re-called and surety is discharged.
