Today since morning above named applicant/ accused called absent without intimation or application, it is now 01:20 PM. The relief of bail before arrest is an extraordinary relief which cannot be granted / extended in absence of accused.?? The applicant/ accused was required to be present on time, but he remained absent, therefore, bail before arrest application in hand stands dismissed in non prosecution, therefore, interim bail granted to applicant/accused vide order dated 25.07.2026 stands recalled. |
