For the reasons to be recorded, In view of the reports submitted by DSP complaint Cell and SHO concerned and the categorical assurances extended by both the DSP Complaint Cell and the SHO PS A/Section Kandhkot, affirming that the petitioner shall be dealt with in accordance with the law and provided necessary legal protection upon approaching the police for lawful assistance, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of in the above terms. |
