Case No. 656/2023 has been received before this Court wherein the accused Akhtar Hussain had no knowledge about his involvement and had come to know on previous date and he has engaged him today as such he may be given some time to go through the case file. Charge has been framed in the said off-shoot case today. The request is reasonable and is allowed. However, it is reminded that this Court has already received the directions from Honourable Supreme Court to conclude the trial within 3 months, hence, learned counsel for both parties shall co-operate the Court for achieving the target within time.
